Persistent poor customer service
The quality of work done is good but the customer service sucks. They never call back - despite repeated requests. Make you wait for ages. Was invited to come in and look at deals on new cars and was made to wait almost an hour.....prefer tonbridge but its just that bit further away so have gone for independent dealer
