Welcome to 1st FIX Builders!

We are a family run business who take great pride in our work, carefully choosing our tradesman and always listening to our customers. Building a good customer relationship is priority for us, as we believe you should feel 100% confident in us, a happy work place is good for everyone, the build is the easy part for us.

We have been accepted by the FMB Masterbond warranty and the Governments TrustMark scheme due to the standard of workmanship produced by 1st Fix. We specialise in extensions from small single storeys to large double storey extensions but are not limited to this as we cover all aspects of building, from driveways to roofing, plastering to plumbing, the list goes on.

We offer a comprehensive package with several architects on our books, coupled with our services all aspects are covered. We are also flexible and can work in with your program should you require only part of the build to be done, the choice is yours.

We offer free estimates with a site visit and you may very well qualify for a free quotation depending on size of the project.
