    The Rat and Parrot is very lively in the evenings, especially on a thursday, friday and saturday. thursday is the night you can usually get the most deals like shots. on these days sometimes its hard to move through the crowd, so its great if you like busy, full and lively places, it doesnt usually get too full until after 9pm. upstairs there is pool tables and a smaller bar which isnt always open, they generally open that when its busier, the mens loo is also upstairs and the womans is downstairs, downstairs has fruit machines and another pool table and also had sofas if u fancy sitting somewhere a bit more comfortable. during the day it is quite quiet and they serve food and drink which is quite nice. also if you like football they have a giant screen which they show big games on!
