So you arranged for locals to tranship your belongings, to your house from a car park. you were at the house, as the items came in. You told your local workers were to put everything. Howcome you didnot seeany damage for 29 days Also your local workers were smoking drugs, and offered it to our deiver. He declined their offer. The items you listed as missing are, A manual for TV, a scaffold pole painted black, vanes for homemade windmill & a fly swat. I do not know where these items are, all items loaded in UK were unloaded at the car park, and handed over to your local workers. fAlso I have replied to all your emails in great detail. I also emailed you to say, I would be away and not able to read any emails. These are facts not opinions.

We have had 2 deliveries using this company. The first went perfectly, the second: Had damaged items (they imply damaged by local unloaders) Missing items - items went on their lorry in UK and did not arrive here - where are they? Despite chasing for a full reply, I am still waiting for an answer a week later. In the reply I have had, they implied I was drunk (but their driver got into my car..!!) I have asked for details of insurance company, and receipt for £50 extra I paid for extra insurance - a week later, no response. These are facts not opinions.
