ASM Direct

Whether by lack of concern, communication, or the general attitude of indolence shown to customers who recieve faulty or damaged goods, ASM Direct talks about customer service, but can't do the walk to match it. they fail miserably! Their telephone line longer takes call, thereby diverting people to email communication only, and then they conveniently avoid replying. You can given them a telephone number and they wont ring you, and remember this is company registered in recievership in 2006, in different part of country! Don't get me wrong, if you get good working items from them, thats fine, but if something does go wrong, they are found wanting. Their desire to go where the money is (i.e. other paying customers) means they seem to show little priority to returned goods (which they unlawfully make you foot the cost of doing!), and then cop a stroppy attitude if you dare to ask why their 48 hours replacement service has turned into a week, with no reply from them about it !? In short be very careful....happy customers are plenty (which is how it should be), but the failed ones normally get unlawful and inappropriate avoidance and hassle in getting final a resolution to items and goods that seem not to be vetted properly before dispatch. There is risk involved with delaing with this firm. Be Warned!
