    The service was very good, he definitely knew what he was talking about - just a shame he had to be so miserable & condescending! definitely not made for face-to-face customer contact but good with boliers! i know several others that have used him and everyone of them said exactly the same so it can't even be blamed on having a bad day. His son also works for him and he is much more pleasant - lets hope he takes on the business! despite lack of people skills i have to say i would use them again because they are fast workers, good value and knowledgable.
