    We visited this pub last year for a light soup lunch. Centrally located in the village with a good car park and huge well kept garden. The bar is pleasantly 'olde worlde' with a high end of the market custom base. 3 real ales that were selling well.We had the mixed vegetable soup with hot crusty rolls, both superb and presented well. My only minor quibble about this dish, good vegetables had been pureed to make the soup, hence a lack of individual vegetable flavours.The full menu was quite extensive and the dishes looked good that were being served.We will return for an evening meal in the summer, and update this review.
