Tony from kissograms rang me having been passed my number as someone desperately looking for a last minute topless waitress for my Fiances stag party as he'd been let down by another agency at last minute. He said he had someone for me and could get them there within 2 hours. I was so relieved and so when he asked me for my card details for a £100 deposit (rest of cash available on arrival) I did so with no problem. He said I needed to also email him these details as soon as possible. He then mentioned the strippers name which was male. I queried this and explained that it was a female we wanted and had asked for. He replied in an aggitated way - oh well I've got you a male one, oh well, I'll have to see what i can do then, i'll ring u back and just put the phone straight down. A few minutes later I managed to get a confirmed booking from someone else and so rang Tony straight way. I thanked him for his help but explained that I had got someone now and as I didn't have confirmation from Tony yet that he'd been able to get someone I'd had to say yes to this other person. He said that he'd got me a girl now so I could cancel if I wanted but he'd be charging the deposit to my credit card anyway. He was so nasty about it. I told him that I'd only given him my details because he said that he definately had someone booked for me and I'd made that clear to him at the time so when he'd got the wrong sex and started looking again that agreement was void. I'd also not yet emailed him my bank details which he'd said he needed to go ahead. His reply to this was No! you gave me a deposit when you gave your details to me and I'm going to debit your credit card now for all the hard work I've done for you which I think is fair. This was only 5 minutes after the first time I'd ever spoken to him - so 5 mins work. He kept putting me on hold without telling me he was going to, told me he couldn't get hold of the girl now to cancel her. At this point I asked what the details were then, i.e. what time was she coming etc. He said as soon as she gets there and it's £300 for 2 hours. At that point I was almost crying because we had agreed 4 hrs originally for that price (the same as the other 2 agencies). He denied that and said the girls won't work for that. He had me totally over a barrell, either pay twice as much or get nothing and lose £100 plus V.a.t. - this was also new. He wouldn't discuss any further, said he was too busy for this and hung up. I immediatley rang my credit card company who informed me that he had taken £120 out a couple of minutes previous. It is now in the hands of the credit card company and I will be contacting citizens advice and the police on Monday morning. I observed myself being robbed and couldn't do a thing about it.

I ordered a 25 stone stripper for my brothers 21st. She arrived 1 hour late which made things very hard to try and keep my brother in the arranged venue. When she finally turned up, she was about a size 8! My brothers girlfriend didn't really find the funny side of it and it left me looking a right idiot as I had told people to expect something a little bigger than that. I phoned up to complain and get my money back. The guy called Michael kept hanging up on me and putting me on hold, then threatened each time I phoned up again, he would charge my credit card £10. I checked with my bank this morning and he has debited my account £20!!! Complete con men. Dont ever use........

Booked a stripper through these guys for a stag do. They took my deposit and then cancelled two hours before the girl was due to arrive on a Saturday night leaving us no time to call a replacement. Having tried to get a refund Kissograms became abusive and told me I would not be getting it back. Will leave in ther hand of the police.
