A company that does NOT care

Got home at 1.30 pm , no card through door to say I'd missed delivery .Checked onilne and it was out for delivery , great I thought ! At half 5 I called the ''customer service no. '' , no help what so ever, checked online again , still out for delivery . Next morning checks online it says could not deliver as no one home , card left . Okay I dont mind missing the delivery but to lie and say a card was left pisses me off , on the card is a number to contact the driver , this means I cant do this and as for contacting DHL FORGET IT , SO KNOW IM ****ED , THANK YOU DHL

A company that doesn't believe in customers

My next day delivery was miss-routed. This apparently is on no consequence and i would get my parcel 'some time next week' However, the promised delivery today by close of business hasn't happened and there is no answer to the depot phone or any way to speak to anyone at DHL. Certainly a company to avoid since there are so many competing ones that do better.
