One can never be sure about a landlord when renting a flat. My experience of Hamways is amazing, I am still astonished that there are still lender that do the job properly. This group has a proper organisation behind them: on our flat they had to bring over plumbers, painters, electricians several times and it turned out that I was the bottleneck that could not be there to open the door to their engineers. they had a very fast answer time. I spend 5 years in this flat and I was surprised that they returned me my deposit without trying to grab a few hundreds out of it. Would recomand hamways for my friends.
