Frogshole farm, Maidenbower

The Frogshole farm since the refurbishment seems to have missed the point. It is located in Maidenbower which is largely a family estate yet they are very anti children. The current manager's capability to run a frienldy establishment is questionable and the service is not any better. He stands at the top of the garden with his arms folded staring at the children in disgust, if they dare to run around, kick a ball or generally have fun he swiftly steps in. Whilst I appreciate pubs are largely adult orientated the fact that most pople who frequent the Frogsole have children should give them some idea of their target market. In my opinion they should employ a manager who 1, understands his target market and 2, actually likes customers in his pub rather than making you feel like an inconvenience. For a nice friendly atmosphere, better food, better service and child frienldy you should visit the Heathy Farm which is located 2 mins drive away down the Balcome Road. Oh and the beer is cheaper too !
