I also do Mediation work where required. Life by design personal development COURSES via post or email (see email special offers on website) such as "finding your joy" & "meditation" & "stress busting". Workshops such as Stress Busting, Finding your Joy, Create-a-Dance - at Holistic Life Centre, Dorking (dates etc on website). Author, Poet & Artist in schools, festivals, etc . I can come to you for one-to-one or group work (including Poetry workshops in schools, Transitions into Adulthood workshops with teenagers, or Stress Busting or Managing Change Coaching with businesses.) Hey, now that we have moved from Woking to Frimley we are settling in nicely and working with some new clients.
