Lack of Flexability
I am totally surprised/shocked with the RETURNS policy particularly as we have been loyal clients spending a fortune and requesting very little. Being a small boutique competing with the large retail stores that have the same designer stock, insisting on a credit note 2 days after the original purchase is very poor practice. A full refund shows good will maintaining the close relationship that was built over the years. Sadly and I say this genuinely I will NOT be visiting again
