• Great way to keep fit

  This an excellant Martial Art. Its a great way to keep fit, learn new skills & socialise at the same time. I started Just over 5 months ago & am totally hooked.

• Have fun learning self-defence

  My son and I have been training in Choi Kwang Do in Dorking for 3 years and enjoy it just as much as when we first started. We've met some great people, had a lot of fun and learnt an enormous amount. I know that CKD has helped my son's confidence grow - he's now a Black Belt - and it is an important part of his life. So, if you want to get fit, have fun and learn how to defeind yourself come along to Choi Kwang Do in Dorking!

• Great training club

  Excellent training opportunities with an enjoyable group of people. Fun classes to not only teach you self defence but also to help you stay fit, be healthy, be active and socialise with other likeminded people. Some good social events linked with this club too (paintballing, evenings out etc). Great for both the absolute beginner and the experienced martial artist. Would definitely recommend this club to anyone that wants to learn to defend themselves in a fun, relaxed environment, no matter what their age or gender.
