As a professional business coach, I work with business owners who are at a point where they want to develop and grow their business, or just need some support on a specifc project. My key areas of expertise include: Coaching to enable a better focus on business strategy, the setting and achievement of long term goals, helping people to grow their business and make it more profitable. Coaching individuals to help with personal transition e.g. improving self confidence, unlocking potential or developing specific competencies e.g. in dealing with difficult people. Coaching on issues around prioritisation, personal organisation and productivity to maintain a better work life balance. I providing face to face coaching within a 30 mile radius, and telephone coaching for those placed further afield. Either way, my approach puts the focus on you identifying and owning the solution, help you think things through for yourself so you have complete ownership, ensuring you stay in control.
