Hi my name is Paul and welcome to my webpage. I have been working for the fitness industry since 2005 as a fitness instructor/personal trainer. I teach various classes at K2 leisure centre aswell as Cannons health club and broadbrige heath leisure centre. Since becoming a personal trainer i have trained over 70 clients from all different walks of life and people of all different ages, shapes and sizes. I have trained professional footballers, Engalnd youth rudgy players, county competing swimmers and glamour models through to people who have slipped discs, hip replacements and screws fitted in various parts of the body. I always make my training fun and enjoyable but at the same time is very professional and effective.

I completed my personal diploma in personal training through Premier Training International ( including Premier People) in Novermber 2005 and began my career in the industry. I am registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals level 3. i am also registered with PT on the Net, the Sports Massage Association and the UK Sports & conditioning association.

I teach boxercise, advanced ab attack and super circuits. I am also a qualified sports massage therapist. My training is very varied and is based around the clients needs and goals. I tend to specialise in core strength, functional training, boxercise and kettle bell training. I focus a lot on high intensity training and programmes designed for rapid fat loss.
