I have had a lease car for 3 years and have had little or no problems until the final payment and uplift of the car. I was advised that after reviewing the car it had damage to the alloys and a few scratches and it might be that I would be required to pay an additional £544 however they would review photographs and may not take costs - guess what they did and the car was picked up by a company which was taking it directly to auction ! So they advised me that they were taking the money by direct debit which happened some two week ago - yesterday I received a letter advising that I was in default Adding insult to injury this morning Saturday I received a call saying I had a further payment of over £ 140 which I had been due to pay and they had not received it - they have my direct debit details As far as I can see this is a complete and utter con for a customer who is handing back a vehicle I have previously had , through my workplace had 3 lease cars and NEVER had this hassle or been ripped off on this manner SHAME ON YOU from a customer who has paid faithfully

I got a new car on finance through Citroën when I got the car home I took it to my local mechanic as something didn't feel Wright upon finding out the car had 4 buckled alloys needed new brakes a new wishbone and a new drop link it took me 4 months to eventually get these problems sorted and then it turns out I didn't even get the original alloys that belonged with the car which reduced the value of the car as it was a gt limited edition with gt wheels I didn't get the gt wheels back and they refused to replace the spare so I ended up with a odd wheel then after I lost my job I told them to come and collect the car as I could no longer afford to pay for it they told me to sell it in which case I did just for them to take me to court for theft and fraud the out come was I got a fine and community service and the judge told me I no longer had to pay the outstanding balance to Citroën I have now one year later received a letter from Citroën telling me that they will reduce my payment by £1500 DON'T IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TRUST CITROËN FINANCIAL SERVICES THEY ARE A BIG CON I rate them minus stars but have to tick at least one star to post this
