Don't employ to rid your garden of moles

Although, this company advertises itself as a specialist in moles, it is not. I paid the company £180 in September 2006 on the basis it would exterminate the one or two moles plaguing my new lawn within "a couple of weeks". It said it would then manage my garden for up to six months "should" any new moles return. The company has failed to exterminate any moles, despite visiting over 15 times. It has left my garden looking like a bomb-site and now six months on, the company has washed its hands of me, leaving me with the same problem as day one. Furthermore, the company's owner Mr Hazelden has failed to return any of my calls and has been incapable of offering any form of customer service. We will now have to employ a professional to deal with this problem and will be forced to re-turf because of the damage caused over the past six months. I would advise anyone to think twice before employing the services of this company.
